The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) revealed that Cassandra Li Ong, the authorized representative of the raided and closed Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) Lucky South 99 in Porac, Pampanga, was last traced to Japan.

In a press conference on Saturday, PAOCC spokesperson Winston Casio said Ong went to Japan in the first quarter of 2025 after being released from Senate detention.

However, the official admitted that after she was traced to Japan, they have no idea where Cassie Ong went.

He said an arrest warrant was later issued against Ong around March or May.

However, according to the PAOCC official, Ong is already the subject of an Interpol Red Notice and their office is currently coordinating with other law enforcement agencies to find Ong and bring her back to the Philippines.

He said the cancellation of Ong’s passport is up to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

It can be recalled that it was first reported that Ong was no longer in the Philippines when Senator Sherwin Gatchalian disclosed this during the Senate session last Friday.

According to the Senator, Ong was released during the transition between the 19th and 20th Congress.

The Senator explained that Cassie Ong was released after the 19th Congress ended because no charges had been filed against her at the time.

Currently, there is a pending arrest warrant against Ong in connection with a qualified human trafficking case.
