Former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV arrives at the Office of the Ombudsman to file a plunder complaint against former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and Sen. Bong Go.

He is filing a complaint against Duterte and Go for violating the Plunder Law of Republic Act No. 7080, the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act of RA No. 3019, and the Code of Conduct for Public Officials of RA No. 6713.

According to Trillanes, the complaint is related to the alleged P7 billion worth of infrastructure projects that went to CLTG Builders, a company allegedly owned by Senator Go’s father since 2016.

Also mentioned in the complaint is the alleged P816 million portion of this project that went to the joint venture of CLTG Builders and St. Gerrard Construction, which is owned by the couple Curlee and Sarah Discaya.
