US President Donald Trump has announced that he will impose a 15 percent tariff on South Korean goods.
He called it a full and complete trade deal after the August 1 deadline.
If South Korea fails to reach an agreement, the tariff will rise to 25 percent.
In the said agreement, it encouraged South Korea to invest $350 billion in the US, which is considered a success for South Korea, especially since they had a record trade surplus of $56 billion with the US last year.
