The Bureau of Customs (BOC) will open the opportunity for interested buyers to acquire the high-end vehicles confiscated from the Discaya family through a sealed bidding on February 11, 2026.
In a notice issued by the agency, among the top-tier units to be auctioned are the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Bentley Bentayga, and other luxury SUVs.
Also included in the list are two units of the Bugatti Chiron that are expected to be vying for by high-profile bidders.
The said public auction will be held at the Office of the Commissioner Building in Port Area, Manila.
To ensure the quality of the vehicles for the participants, the BOC has scheduled a public viewing from February 5 to February 6 at the BOC-Port of Manila Grounds.
Here, the units can be inspected in person before submitting a bid.
The said vehicles were previously seized by authorities after being found to have been imported into the country without proper import documents and without paying the correct taxes.
If you recall, the Discaya family has been at the center of controversy due to investigations related to billions of pesos worth of “flood control projects” and allegations of smuggling activities.
The BOC emphasized that all funds raised from the auction will be directed to the National Treasury.
This is part of the government’s intensified campaign to recover what is considered ill-gotten wealth and benefit the people.
