Gikumpirma ni Manila Representative Bienvenido Abante Jr. ang maong deliberasyon, samtang gitakda ni Nueva Ecija Rep. Michaela Suansing, chairperson sa House Committee on Appropriations, ang pagsugod sa debate.
Gisumite ni Budget Secretary Kim Robert De Leon ang proposed budget sa House niadtong Agosto 11.
Magsugod ang deliberasyon pinaagi sa briefing sa Development Budget Coordination Committee (DBCC) bahin sa mga tinubdan sa pondo, lebel sa paggasto ug mga budget proposal sa mga departamento, ahensya ug government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs).
Gipasalig ni Abante nga mahimong transparent ang proseso ug mahibaloan sa publiko ang mga detalye niini.
Base sa Department of Budget and Management (DBM), ang Department of Education adunay pinakadakong alokasyon nga P976 bilyon, gisundan sa DPWH nga P644 bilyon, DOH ug PhilHealth nga P353 bilyon, DND nga P328.8 bilyon, ug transport sector nga P302.2 bilyon.
Lakip usab sa dagkong alokasyon ang Department of Agriculture nga P261.7 bilyon, DSWD nga P241.1 bilyon, State Universities and Colleges nga P176.5 bilyon, ug Judiciary nga P86.3 bilyon.
